Why do you have products on your website if they are out of stock?

When a product is unavailable for immediate despatch, it will often be online so that our customers are able to either pre or back order the item. If an item is available for either pre or back order we will inform you of this and how long we expect it to take to fulfil your order. Please note that whilst we will make every effort to ensure that this is accurate, we cannot guarantee that the items will be despatched on this date. To purchase an item on back order simply follow our normal order process. If a product is not going to be available for back order then it will not be available for sale on our website.

How do I know if a size or colour is out of stock?

Certain products may be in stock but not available in all the sizes or colours they were originally. In such cases the size options on the product page will be in grey not red and it will not be possible to select this size. If a colour is not available the corner of the colour swatch will be clipped and you will be unable to select the colour for purchase.

Why have you put products online before they become available?

Many of our items are exclusive or limited edition, as such we like to be able to offer them to our customers as soon as we possibly can. This allows us to ensure as many of our loyal customers who would like to purchase a certain product get the opportunity to do so.

Why are some products only available in limited numbers?

Many of the products we offer are only made as limited editions and as such we are unable to continue to restock these items once they have sold out. If an item is limited edition, we will make this clear on the product page as well as informing our customer's when we are running low on stock.
