Finding what you are looking for?
Shopping online with us is simple and easy. If you know the name of the product you wish to buy then you can find the item using the search function on our website by using either the product name or number if you know it. Alternatively if you can search using general keywords that relate to the type of product you are looking to purchase.
Alternatively you can browse the online categories that you will find at the top of each page.
The navigational tools on the left of our category pages under the "narrow by:" heading will allow you to narrow down our catalogue to products that are of interest to you. You can select the types of item you are interested in, the colours you prefer, the correct size, the price you are looking to pay and other characteristics specific to certain products.
Once you find an item you are interested in clicking on that item will allow you to find out more about the product including: alternative pictures, a description of the product, key details, a guide to sizing and delivery options.
Each product will have an image which can be zoomed in to identify key details.
Many products will have alternative images as well, which will show the product from alternative angles.
If a product comes in multiple colours then you can view these by selecting the different swatches.

Selecting items to purchase
If you wish to purchase the item you will need to select certain options depending on the product. Where relevant you may need to select a choice of colour and or a size (see above); you will also need to select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. Once you have made these choices you will need to add them to your basket.
If you wish to continue shopping then you can continue to browse the catalogue as outlined above. If you have selected all the items you wish to purchase then clicking the shopping basket icon in the top right corner of the page will allow you to view the items you have selected so far. From here you can either continue shopping or go to the checkout.
Once you have opted to checkout you will get a summary of you order where you can remove items, amend quantities and add promotion codes. You can find out more about promotion codes with our guide to promotions and offers.
If you are happy with your basket summary you can proceed to checkout. Alternatively you can continue shopping.
Placing your order
When placing your order you will need to first enter the details of the address the order will be delivered to. To make this as easy as possible after entering your postcode you can use our address lookup system to complete your details. After selecting the find address option you will be able to select the address you are looking for.
If the delivery and billing addresses are the same there is a simple check box which will allow you to use the same address with out having to re-enter the details.
You will also need to select your preferred delivery option from the list. This will give UK shoppers the option of standard, express and Saturday delivery. If you have entered an International delivery address you will be given the correct delivery option for the destination country.
Once you have completed your delivery details you will need to continue the checkout process and enter your billing details if they are not the same you will also need to enter a phone number where you can be reached if there is a problem with your order.
Paying for your order
After you have completed your billing details you must select your preferred payment method. We accept Visa credit cards, debit cards and cheques. We have created a Visa payment and cheque payment page to help you decide the best payment method for you.
Once you have completed the billing page and continued checkout you will get another chance to review your order details and make any changes if required.
Once you are happy with your order details you can confirm your order. If you are paying by cheque the online part of your order is now complete and you will receive an order confirmation. You will need to print the confirmation page and send with a cheque to the address specified, your order will be placed once we receive this.
If you are paying by Visa you will now need to enter your card details; you will need to insert you card number, expiry date and the last 3 digits of the security number on you cards signature strip. Once these details have been submitted your order is complete and you will get an order confirmation page followed by a confirmation email.
